By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, such as wiki articles, forum posts, and feature requests. By submitting content, you grant Ardem a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

You may optionally link your Steam account to your Ardem profile to unlock additional features such as in-game stat tracking, achievement displays, and leaderboards. Linking is entirely voluntary.

By linking your Steam account you grant Ardem permission to read your Ardem-related playtime, achievements, and publicly visible profile data via the Steam Web API. We will only read data relevant to Ardem and will never access your Steam Wallet, purchase history, or private messages.

You remain responsible for keeping your Steam account secure. If your Steam account is compromised, please unlink it from your Ardem profile immediately and contact us.

We reserve the right to remove a Steam link if it is associated with fraudulent activity, ban evasion, or violations of these Terms.

All Ardem game assets, branding, code, and platform content are owned by Techtive Games and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ardem does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ardem and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
